How long does shipping take?
We ship from Atlanta, Georgia, to customers across the USA. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the USA only. We deliver to all 50 states from our base in Atlanta, Georgia.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, contact us directly, and we will work with you to make it right.
How hot is Scotch Bonnet compared to Ghost Pepper?
Scotch Bonnets range from 150,000 to 350,000 Scoville Heat Units. The Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) sits higher on the scale, typically testing at 1,000,000+ SHU. Scotch Bonnet brings serious island heat, but Ghost Pepper takes it to another level.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for restaurants or food producers?
Yes. We work with restaurants, food trucks, hot sauce brands, and retailers. Contact us with your volume needs, and we will get you a custom quote. Bulk and custom orders are available starting at 1 kilogram.
How should I store my pepper products?
Keep them in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. This keeps your powder from clumping and your flakes from losing their kick. Treat them like good coffee. Keep them sealed and use them while they are fresh.
Are your peppers 100% pure?
We do not add fillers, blends, or additives to our pepper products. Every batch is handled with the same grower-grade care we have used since 2011. What the label says is exactly what is in the jar.
